BASIC FUNCTION:
Under general supervision, you will prepare a range of food products, including meats, seafood, poultry, sauces, stocks, breads, and other items, using various equipment and utensils as outlined in the Daily Prep List. You are expected to adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area and providing assistance to others as needed.
