WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
– Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
– Administering medications and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
– Conducting routine laboratory tests and providing therapeutic services
– Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
– Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure the well-being of residents and taking appropriate corrective actions
We would love to speak with you if you possess the following qualifications:
– Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer
– Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse licensure prior to hire or transfer
– A high school diploma or GED
