WIS District Manager Role Overview:
The District Manager (DM) is responsible for leading a dedicated team of Area Managers and hourly staff to deliver exceptional inventory service to our clients. The DM will exemplify outstanding people leadership, fostering a strong and focused team culture. This leadership role entails driving financial success through diligent budget planning, resource allocation, expense control, and effective P&L management. The DM will approach challenges with passion and integrity, while collaborating with their leadership team, district partners, and field support to develop talent and expand business operations.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing multi-store retail operations.
- Proven history of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Established track record of achieving exceptional financial results through strategic planning, efficient event execution, expense control, and P&L oversight.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and profitability by enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of nurturing and developing talent for future leadership positions.
- Strong communication and service skills to foster relationships with employees and customers.
Additional Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A minimum of three (3) years of verified driving experience.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check in compliance with company standards.
- A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, meeting company driving requirements.
Working Conditions:
This position involves frequent travel by automobile and airplane. Candidates should be able to adapt to changing working conditions, which may include prolonged periods of standing or sitting, as well as frequent walking, bending, squatting, or kneeling. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs is required, along with the capacity to work up to 10-hour shifts consistently. Occasional long-distance travel, including overnight stays, may be necessary.
