Job Description
Job Title: Healthcare Housekeeper
Company: The Gardens of St. Francis
Location: Oregon, OH
Pay: $14.6 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.60 for a “Healthcare Housekeeper” in Oregon, OH, appears to be on the lower end compared to national averages and local market rates for similar positions. Typically, healthcare housekeeping roles, especially in a hospital or clinical setting, can range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, responsibilities, and geographical location. Factors such as the cost of living in Oregon and the specific employer’s standards may influence this wage; however, overall, this rate may not be competitive for attracting and retaining skilled workers in the healthcare cleaning industry. Therefore, to align with industry standards and improve employee retention, a review of this pay rate could be beneficial.
