Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Westland, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” in Westland, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the compensation spectrum for this role. According to industry standards, particularly in the healthcare and assisted living sectors, hourly wages for similar positions typically range from $15 to $20 or more, depending on experience, certifications, and the specific responsibilities involved. Additionally, when considering the cost of living in Westland and the rising demand for healthcare workers, this rate may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates. Overall, while $15 might be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may limit the ability to retain skilled staff in a competitive job market.
