Your responsibilities will include:

• Offering compassionate companionship to residents and assisting with daily living activities such as transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
• Administering medications and injections to residents according to physicians’ orders documented in medical charts.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, which may involve light housekeeping tasks.
• Ensuring strict compliance with safety and health standards, including rigorous infection control protocols.
• Monitoring changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicating any observations to the supervisor.
• Following schedules and assisting residents with repositioning as needed.
• Accurately documenting medication administration in accordance with established procedures.
• Utilizing sound judgment to provide client care and ensure their safety.
• Supporting team members with their responsibilities as necessary.
• Responding to call lights and promptly assessing residents’ needs.
• Assisting residents with meal trays and dining as required.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience in medication administration and working with senior populations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability to work every other weekend is essential.
