What We’re Looking For:
In your role, you will:

• Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring residents feel comfortable throughout their stay.
• Advocate tirelessly for your residents at every stage of their care, diligently striving to exceed their expectations daily.
• Develop individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, utilizing your expertise and keen observations.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, initiating life-saving measures with confidence, whether or not a physician is present.
• Administer medications and meticulously maintain comprehensive records of all care provided.

Qualifications:

• A Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
• A valid RN state license and CPR certification
• Proficiency in nursing practices and an understanding of the responsibilities of RNs
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care
