What We’re Looking For:
In your role, you will:
- Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring residents feel comfortable throughout their stay.
- Advocate tirelessly for your residents at every stage of their care, diligently striving to exceed their expectations daily.
- Develop individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, utilizing your expertise and keen observations.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, initiating life-saving measures with confidence, whether or not a physician is present.
- Administer medications and meticulously maintain comprehensive records of all care provided.
Qualifications:
- A Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
- A valid RN state license and CPR certification
- Proficiency in nursing practices and an understanding of the responsibilities of RNs
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care
