What We Seek:
As part of our team, you will:
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses in assessing patients
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Conduct routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, self-care after discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
- Identify safety hazards and potential emergencies to ensure resident safety and take appropriate corrective actions
If you meet the following qualifications, we would love to speak with you:
- BLS Provider certification to be obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or job transfer
- Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire or job transfer date
- High school diploma or GED
