Job Title: Engagement Coor

Location: Norton Shores, MI

Pay: $14 – 14.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 – $14.50 for a role titled “Engagement Coordinator” in Norton Shores, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the competitive spectrum. According to various salary data sources, the average hourly wage for similar roles in Michigan typically ranges from $16 to $25, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. This suggests that the offered rates may not align with industry standards, particularly when considering cost of living and the demand for engagement coordination roles that often require strong interpersonal and organizational skills. As such, candidates may perceive this compensation as less attractive compared to opportunities elsewhere in the state or industry.
