Job Description
Job Title: Hospice Aide, STNA – Full Time
Company: Heartland Hospice
Location: Fremont, OH
Pay: $14.2 – 16.75 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.20 to $16.75 for a “Hospice Aide, STNA – Full Time” position in Fremont, OH, is somewhat competitive, though it varies based on experience and specific employer factors. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for hospice aides and similar positions typically ranges from around $12 to $20 nationwide, with geographic disparities affecting compensation. In Ohio, where cost of living is generally lower than in many states, this rate aligns closely with state averages, particularly for entry-level or less experienced aides. However, those with certifications or additional skills may expect higher compensation. Overall, while the offered range appears reasonable and reflects local market trends, it may not fully capitalize on the demand for skilled healthcare workers in the hospice sector.
