WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As a member of our team, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses in patient assessments.
  • Administer medications while closely observing for any adverse reactions.
  • Conduct routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services.
  • Educate patients and their families about recommended treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.
  • Identify and address safety hazards and emergencies to ensure resident safety.
