Job Title: FOOD SERVICE WORKER (PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Saginaw, MI

Pay: $13 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $13 for a part-time Food Service Worker in Saginaw, MI, is generally below the competitive range for this role. According to various job market sources, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics and regional data, the median hourly wage for food service workers frequently falls between $14 to $17, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, wages can vary based on the establishment type, with higher pay rates associated with locations that require more specialized skills or have higher living costs. Therefore, while $13 per hour may be acceptable for entry-level or unskilled positions, it does not align with the prevailing industry standards for food service workers in the area and may impact employee retention and recruitment efforts.
