Job Title: Caregiver 3rd shift

Company: Homestead

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 for a “Caregiver 3rd shift” position in Lansing, MI, is generally considered below the average industry standard for similar roles in the area. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, the specific duties involved, and the organization. Additionally, factors such as the demanding nature of third-shift work, which requires overnight hours and may involve additional responsibilities, further suggest that a higher rate would be more competitive. Therefore, while $14 may attract some candidates, it may struggle to retain skilled workers in a tight labor market.
