Job Title: Infrastructure and Systems Technician

Company: 3C Technology Solutions

Location: Hilliard, OH

Pay: $18 – 25 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18 to $25 for an “Infrastructure and Systems Technician” in Hilliard, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. According to various salary data sources, the average hourly wage for similar roles typically ranges from approximately $20 to $35 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities. While entry-level positions may align closer to the lower end, more experienced technicians or those with specialized skills tend to command higher wages. Therefore, while this rate may attract entry-level applicants, it may not be competitive enough to attract more experienced candidates or retain talent in the long term.
