Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Home Instead Senior Care

Location: Royal Oak, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a caregiver role in Royal Oak, MI is generally considered below the competitive market rate, especially given that the average wage for caregivers in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific duties. Additionally, caregiving roles often require skills and responsibility levels that justify higher pay, particularly in urban areas where the cost of living may influence wage expectations. To attract and retain qualified caregivers, employers may need to consider increasing the compensation to align better with industry standards and local market trends.
