AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for a “Caregiver – Immediate Openings” position in Galloway, OH, is generally aligned with industry standards but may be on the lower end depending on specific qualifications, experience, and the complexity of care required. As of late 2023, the average pay for caregivers in Ohio typically ranges from $12 to $18 per hour, with some positions offering more for specialized skills or certifications. While this rate might attract entry-level workers or those with less experience, it may not be competitive enough to retain those with more experience or to meet the demand for quality care in a rapidly growing sector.
