This is a second shift position, working from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with the work schedule based on guest needs, requiring availability every day of the week, including weekends. The starting hourly rate is $15, and as a full-time position, it includes health, dental, and vision insurance with employee contributions, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with a match, as well as free uniforms and daily uniform care credits.

What You’ll Do:
– Greet and welcome guests upon arrival to create a positive first impression.
– Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs to ensure guest satisfaction.
– Manage reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and promptly address complaints.
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
– Provide accurate information regarding the hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities.
– Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
– Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
– Foster teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
