According to recent data, the average hourly wage for Nursing Assistants in Ohio typically ranges from $14 to $20, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific healthcare setting. While this rate may align with entry-level positions or roles in lower-cost areas, it may not be competitive for more experienced individuals or in regions with higher living costs.
