What You Will Bring to the Lead Exterior Services Role:

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to conduct on-the-job training on processes, equipment usage, and asset safety practices to ensure a safe and injury-free working environment
• Proficiency in using technology (phones, tablets, laptops) for work order management and record-keeping
• Willingness and capability to perform landscaping tasks including mowing, weed management, and other landscaping duties with or without specialized equipment
• Knowledge of planting techniques, pruning methods, and pest/disease management through chemical applications
• Experience in commercial exterior maintenance, including irrigation, pressure washing, and overall building/grounds maintenance
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks effectively
• Commitment to upholding company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics, integrity, and safety.

Position Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial landscaping, exterior building maintenance, and team leadership
• A valid, state-issued driver’s license
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
