The Logistics Service is dedicated to providing exceptional value through an unwavering commitment to safety, customer service, and efficient resource utilization across Michigan Operations in Midland, MI. This position plays a crucial role in supporting Dow’s manufacturing operations through the packaging and distribution of our products. Candidates will engage in various packaging and warehousing responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Package products for our global clientele.
  • Serve as the primary contact for material movement.
  • Interact with chemical processes.
  • Prepare raw materials for operational processes.
  • Manually break down pallets of materials and products.
  • Arrange, stack, and repackage diverse materials and products.
  • Affix labels, stickers, or booklets to packaged materials.
  • Operate a forklift or other heavy equipment safely.

This position offers:

  • A starting base pay of $18.88, with opportunities for progression to $22.42-$30.69 per hour, along with an annual bonus based on personal and company performance.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness and ability to work all applicable shifts on a rotating basis (including weekends) and to work overtime as necessary.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening upon receiving and accepting a job offer.
  • Possession of a current, valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum qualification of a High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:
