The compensation for this role is set at $25.55 per hour, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, a strong safety culture, and outstanding leadership support.

Schedule:

  • 85% of driver routes are home daily.
  • Standard schedule typically consists of 4 days, 12 hours each.
  • Saturday deliveries are often required.
  • Coverage for driver vacations may include occasional night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
  • Efficiently unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, and place them in designated customer storage locations.
  • Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and secure proper signatures.
  • Manage collections and payments from customers when applicable.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that enhances the client experience.
  • Conduct all required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull between 20 to 80+ lbs of product repeatedly during each shift.
  • Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions, with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required (*).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months of specific experience in food and/or beverage delivery.
  • Proficiency in operating manual transmission is preferred; it may be required in certain locations.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including understanding highway traffic signs and signals, responding to official inquiries, and completing necessary reports.
