We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Lead to oversee a dedicated team of three or more, ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently met during overnight shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 8 PM to 6 AM. As the senior supervisor on-site, you will travel to various home improvement retail chains to manage projects ranging from merchandising resets to the installation of shelving and fixtures. Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3-10 individuals on-site
  • Conduct overnight remodels in big box retail settings
  • Execute merchandising resets
  • Remove and replace damaged steel racking
  • Relocate products to new pallet racking
  • Assemble retail shelving fixtures
  • Update signage, shelf conditions, and comply with schematics
  • Engage in considerable physical activity, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and work overnight from 8 PM to 6 AM
  • Proficient in reading and following blueprints
  • Experience in retail operations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with big box home improvement reporting programs
  • Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, order pickers, and reach trucks
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Comfortable working at heights (up to 20 feet) and climbing ladders
  • Capable of repeatedly lifting 50 lbs
  • Proficient in using basic hand and power tools (must provide own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
