Job description:
Provides exceptional customer service daily, consistently exceeding customer expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsible for loading orders into delivery vehicles and ensuring the accuracy of deliveries, routing them efficiently. Completes return forms, invoicing, transfers, and other paperwork accurately. Undertakes additional warehouse duties in the absence of pending deliveries.

Strictly adheres to safety regulations at all times, including vehicle safety procedures. Communicates relevant information to the manager promptly and addresses customer inquiries politely, escalating to management when necessary. Ensures timely delivery of customer orders in a professional manner, making only assigned deliveries and contacting the manager from the customer’s location as needed.

Initials all cash invoices legibly, adhering to proper cash handling procedures, and accurately records all relevant information on invoices. Conducts daily vehicle checks and performs routine maintenance as necessary, promptly informing the manager of any non-routine repairs or maintenance needs. Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs facility maintenance, including housekeeping responsibilities.

Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues at all times. Accurately follows oral and written instructions and collaborates effectively with others to meet deadlines. Produces quality work with attention to detail and complies with company policies and attendance guidelines. Actively seeks and prepares for training opportunities both internally and externally.

Reports to work punctually and as scheduled, adhering to policy guidelines.
