Job description:

Provides exemplary customer service daily, consistently exceeding customer expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsible for loading orders into delivery vehicles and ensuring the accuracy of deliveries while effectively routing them. Completes return forms and manages invoices, transfers, and related paperwork with precision. In the absence of pending deliveries, performs various warehouse duties.

Strictly observes and adheres to all safety regulations and vehicle safety procedures. Communicates relevant information to the manager promptly and addresses customer inquiries in a polite and courteous manner, referring them to the manager when necessary. Ensures timely delivery of customer orders in a professional manner and executes only assigned deliveries.

Maintains communication with the manager from customer locations as needed, clearly initialing cash invoices and following proper cash handling protocols. Records all relevant information on invoices accurately. Conducts daily vehicle checks and performs routine vehicle maintenance as required. Reports any non-routine repairs or maintenance needs to the manager and ensures daily vehicle cleanup. Assumes responsibility for facility maintenance, including housekeeping and related tasks.

Exhibits professionalism, courtesy, and a proactive approach in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues at all times. Follows both oral and written instructions with accuracy and efficiency. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
