Job Description
Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Milan, late afternoons
Company: Help at Home
Location: Milan, MI
Pay: $16 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $17 for a Direct Service Professional role in Milan, MI, particularly during late afternoons, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar positions within the region and industry. According to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and local labor market trends, the average hourly wage for Direct Service Professionals, which includes various services for individuals with disabilities or those requiring personal assistance, typically ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and specific job demands. While the offered rate may attract some candidates, it may inhibit the recruitment of more experienced professionals and might lead to higher turnover rates, which could impact service quality. As such, this rate could be viewed as less competitive and may warrant reassessment to align more closely with industry standards.
