Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Manager, Vacation Rentals
Company: Better Talent
Location: Glen Arbor, MI
Pay: $47500 – 55500 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $47,500 to $55,500 for a “Maintenance Manager, Vacation Rentals” in Glen Arbor, MI, translates to approximately $22.84 to $26.64 per hour, which appears to be somewhat competitive, especially considering the location’s focus on hospitality and tourism. While salaries can vary significantly depending on the scale of the vacation rental operation, the complexity of maintenance tasks, and the individual’s experience, this range is on the lower end compared to industry standards in areas with robust tourism infrastructures, where similar roles typically pay between $50,000 to $70,000 annually. Therefore, while this compensation may attract some candidates, it might be less appealing to those with more experience or in higher-demand markets.
