Job description:

We are seeking a talented bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the face of our bar. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, customer service-oriented, and have a passion for mixology. A strong knowledge of fine dining and Italian cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Take drink orders and verify that patrons are of legal drinking age.

  • Manage ordering, maintaining, and restocking bar supplies, and complete the opening and closing side work checklist.

  • Ensure that all bar surfaces are impeccably cleaned before, during, and after each shift, maintaining cleanliness without exception.

Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two to three years of experience and will be able to provide references upon request.
  • TIPS Certification is required.
