We are currently looking for a seasoned and driven Lawn Maintenance Foreman with a minimum of five years of experience in the lawn care industry. The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of supervising and leading a team of lawn maintenance technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily operations, supervising maintenance personnel, and ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct a team of lawn care technicians in the maintenance and upkeep of both residential and commercial properties.
  • Plan, delegate, and oversee lawn care projects, including mowing, edging, trimming, and weed control.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency, performing minor repairs as needed.
  • Train and mentor new staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all job activities.

Qualifications:
