Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking part-time Front Desk Clerks to join our team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Greet and register guests using a centralized registration system while coordinating with housekeeping as necessary
  • Manage cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate financial records
  • Address and resolve minor guest issues promptly, delivering items as needed
  • Monitor and balance daily figures, posting room and tax charges on guest accounts

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both in person and over the phone, along with prior customer service experience preferred

Physical Requirements
