Typical Shifts
Your day will involve traveling to the home of your assigned client. Client needs will vary, allowing us to match your skill set with those requirements. Responsibilities may include light housekeeping, providing companionship, assisting with outings, accompanying clients to medical appointments, helping with personal care tasks such as showers, toileting, medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, escorting, and transferring. Please note that you will not be asked to perform skilled nursing tasks, such as administering medications, injections, wound care, or therapy. Additionally, you will not start your first visit to a client’s home alone; your assigned senior care manager will accompany you on your first assignment to provide support and facilitate your introduction.
