Job description:

Entry-level warehouse position offering an excellent opportunity to start your career with a reputable employer. In this role, you will perform manual labor and maintain housekeeping within the warehouse to support the production of orders that align with both internal and external customer standards.

Contract Duration: Long-term contract with the potential for conversion to a full-time employee based on performance.
Compensation: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with RCMS, ISO 9001, and all standard operating procedures.
  • Package raw materials and finished goods to meet daily customer demand.
  • Blend, package, and ship high-quality products in accordance with Quality and EHS&S standards.
  • Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams and planner/schedulers.
  • Perform physical labor, including handling drums, pails, and bags.
  • Operate various chemical processing equipment safely.
  • Follow established procedures for product manufacturing.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to frequently lift between 30-70 lbs.
  • Basic proficiency in mathematics and reading.
  • Fundamental computer skills.
  • Capability to read and interpret work instructions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior forklift operation experience.
  • Knowledge of chemistry and chemical safety hazards.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
