Job description:

The Porter plays a vital role in ensuring quality repairs through meticulous cleaning of customer vehicles prior to delivery. This position is also responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of both shop and office facilities.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan with consistency.
  • Oversee daily housekeeping duties within the office, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the production area by emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment.
  • Keep parking lots and grounds orderly, including shoveling sidewalks as needed.
  • Conduct pre-washes of customer vehicles before repairs begin.
  • Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles following the completion of repairs.
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Education and/or Experience Required:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Automotive experience is advantageous.
  • Clear close vision required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Compensation Details:
