This role entails engaging with customers, adhering to customer experience principles, and ensuring a clean and well-organized store environment. You will be responsible for complying with all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify established customer experience practices while interacting with both internal and external customers.
– Foster and uphold a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately handle customer transactions, including purchases and returns, in accordance with established procedures.
– Advocate for our credit and loyalty programs.
– Maintain adherence to merchandising philosophies while following established merchandising procedures and standards.
– Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company standards.
– Participate in store recovery efforts as required throughout the day.
– Ensure high standards of organization and cleanliness for the sales floor and contribute to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
– Comply with all labor laws and company policies and procedures.
– Support store shrink reduction initiatives and participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a safe work environment.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
