We are seeking a dedicated FULL TIME Member Services Representative to join our team, with a work schedule from 6 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday. Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our members by delivering an exceptional level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system efficiently.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Guiding prospective members on tours of the facilities.
    • Making necessary updates to member accounts.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager as necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and health is essential.
  • Must demonstrate an upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
