As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dental experience that prioritizes patient care. Smiling from Open to Close (Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour)
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8 AM – 4 PM

Responsibilities:
To thrive in our environment, you should be dependable and proficient in managing financial information, conducting insurance verifications, and preparing end-of-day reports, all while ensuring our patients remain worry-free. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing clerical tasks such as sorting, distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Answering phone calls, providing information to callers, greeting visitors and patients, and scheduling, verifying, and confirming patient appointments.
  • Utilizing your dental knowledge to explain procedures and services to patients effectively.
  • Presenting financial policies and arrangements to patients, collecting co-payments, and verifying insurance coverage as appropriate.
  • Tracking patient appointments impacted by no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a dental setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental software and Microsoft Office programs, along with the ability to quickly learn new applications as needed.
