Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Golden Orchards

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly wage of $14 for a Med Tech role in Holland, MI, appears to be below the typical industry standard. Nationwide, the average hourly rate for medical technicians ranges from approximately $16 to $24, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities, with urban areas generally offering higher wages. In Michigan, wages for similar positions usually fall around $15 to $20 per hour. Therefore, while this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or roles in smaller facilities, it may not attract experienced candidates and could lead to higher turnover if it doesn’t align with local living costs and other employment opportunities in the healthcare field.
