Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update, an hourly rate of $14 for a Med Tech position in Holland, MI appears to be below the national average. Typically, Med Techs earn between $15 to $25 per hour depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the role. In Michigan, the average hourly wage for medical technicians aligns more closely to the mid-$15 to high $20 range, illustrating that $14 may be on the lower end or below competitive standards for this profession in the area. Therefore, this rate might limit the attraction and retention of qualified candidates.
