Job Description
Job Title: (Student) Women’s Soccer Team Assistant
Company: Davenport University
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $12 – 12.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 – $12.50 for a “(Student) Women’s Soccer Team Assistant” role in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be below the average pay for similar positions in the area. Typically, positions in athletic assistance, particularly at the collegiate level, often offer higher pay rates, reflecting the responsibilities involved, including coaching, administrative support, and team management. In comparison to minimum wage and entry-level jobs in the region, this pay is competitive but may not attract highly qualified applicants or reflect the workload expected in a collegiate sports setting. Overall, while it may be suitable for a student position, it could benefit from an increase to align better with industry standards and attract dedicated individuals.
