Job Description
Job Title: Branch Coordinator – Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
Company: Sherwin-Williams
Location: Akron, OH
Pay: $15.75 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15.75 for a “Branch Coordinator – Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)” position in Akron, OH, appears to be below the competitive range for this role, especially when considering the bilingual preference. According to various salary data sources, branch coordinators or similar administrative support roles in Ohio typically earn between $17 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job duties. Additionally, the bilingual requirement, particularly for Spanish, can often lead to higher compensation due to the added value of language skills in a customer service or administrative capacity. Therefore, the offered rate may be less appealing to potential candidates with the required qualifications, indicating that it could be beneficial for the employer to reassess their compensation strategy to attract suitable talent.
