About the Position:
We are looking for versatile team members who are capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End operations. The pay range for this position is $13.00 – $16.00 per hour. This position is based in Cincinnati at our store located at 3088 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional guest service by:
- Engaging with our guests to understand their preferences and assist them in creating meal solutions
- Maintaining strong knowledge of products and weekly promotional items throughout the store while collaborating across departments to assist guests
- Enhancing the shopping experience through effective merchandising and stocking of products and specialty items, ensuring guests receive timely assistance
- Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties within the store
- Presenting yourself in a professional manner, including adherence to uniform standards
Qualifications:

- Must be at least 16 years of age
