About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will take on critical responsibilities in escalation support, troubleshooting intricate IT challenges, and ensuring uninterrupted IT operations for our clients. What You’ll Do
Address escalation tickets from the helpdesk team (Tier 2 support)
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and outages
Manage backup and disaster recovery processes, including restores and deployments
Oversee security solutions (MFA, Antivirus, Security Alerts, SIEM)
Support business applications (Point of Sale, Property Management Software, financial and accounting software)
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS
Conduct advanced firewall troubleshooting (policies, traffic monitoring, configuration)
Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra (Azure), handling mail flow, rules, and connectors
Assist with client onboarding and support (both remote and on-site)
Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues and resolutions

What You Bring to the Table
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
Strong skills in firewall troubleshooting
Proficiency in networking concepts, including LAN/WAN (VLANs, switch configuration)
Experience in server migration
Superior problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
