Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the lead funnel by proactively engaging with prospects who express interest in Orangetheory, scheduling their initial class, and ensuring an outstanding first-time guest experience. Provide detailed membership information based on the guidance of Group Fitness Coaches.
- Achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by generating leads, booking appointments, driving membership and package sales, and identifying additional revenue opportunities.
- Respond promptly to member inquiries and adeptly address any concerns that arise.
- Ensure brand compliance by adhering to all Orangetheory systems and procedures. Maintain an organized front desk and effectively prioritize tasks during shifts.
- Greet members by name and accurately record class attendance. Create memorable interactions through celebrations of birthdays, member anniversaries, and personal achievements.
- Stay informed about studio activities, including ongoing promotions, fitness challenges, external events, and corporate initiatives.
- Demonstrate independence and take ownership of individual contributions to the collective success of the studio and team.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency with technology, including smartphones and computers, is essential.
- A growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others are critical for success.
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism are expected.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and manage member inquiries effectively.
