Job Description
Job Title: Senior Assembly Technician
Company: Area Temps
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $25 – 30 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $25 to $30 for a Senior Assembly Technician in Cleveland, OH, is generally considered competitive, though it falls on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. In regions with a robust manufacturing presence, Senior Assembly Technicians often earn between $30 to $40 per hour based on experience and skill level. Factors such as the specific industry segment, the complexity of the assembly tasks, and local cost of living can influence salary levels. While this hourly rate may attract candidates, it may also limit the pool of highly experienced individuals, suggesting that companies may need to offer additional benefits or incentives to remain competitive in attracting top talent.
