Job Title: Room Attendant

Company: Sage Hospitality

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of late 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a Room Attendant in Detroit, MI, is generally considered below the competitive average for this position. The typical pay for Room Attendants in the region tends to range from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on the specific employer, the complexity of duties, and experience level. Additionally, local economic factors and the cost of living in Detroit can influence wage expectations, making $16 an insufficient incentive for attracting and retaining talent in this role. Overall, while this rate may appeal to entry-level candidates, it may struggle to attract more experienced workers or those in search of a living wage.
