Area Manager
Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience, plus incentive bonus potential

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Ideal Experience:

  • This role entails comprehensive oversight of multiple locations within the assigned portfolio, encompassing all operational aspects, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, while also supervising designated teams. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in the parking industry, with a strong emphasis on hospitality as a valuable asset.
  • Progressive management experience with oversight of multiple front-line teams.
  • Established experience with scheduling and payroll is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business is beneficial, though not mandatory.

Skills and Abilities:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
  • Exceptional operational and financial acumen, with the ability to mentor and coach team leaders in these areas.
  • Impeccable conversational and written communication skills, enabling the development of lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff.
  • A results-driven mentality that views challenges as opportunities, ready to lead the team towards excellence.
  • Educational credentials including a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including revenue control equipment, payroll systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.

As the Area Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exemplary leadership and fostering team development.
  • Supporting and guiding supervisors and managers in addressing customer service concerns and daily operational needs.
  • Cultivating and maintaining productive client relationships and participating in client meetings.
  • Reviewing management reports and client statements to ensure alignment with corporate and client budget expectations.
  • Analyzing performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs, identifying trends, and working collaboratively with senior managers and the corporate office to enhance overall performance.
  • Collaborating with regional teams and corporate to develop annual budgets that appropriately allocate resources and outline revenue generation strategies for the fiscal year.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by company management.
