Job Description
Job Title: Membership Director
Company: YMCA
Location: Dayton, OH
Pay: $43888 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary of $43,888 for a Membership Director in Dayton, OH, translates to an approximate hourly rate of about $21.09. This figure appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards, as Membership Directors typically earn between $50,000 and $80,000 annually, depending on the organization’s size and sector. In Dayton, Ohio, while cost of living is lower than in larger metropolitan areas, the salary does not seem competitive given the responsibilities associated with managing memberships, driving engagement, and overseeing member services. Overall, this compensation may not be sufficient to attract qualified candidates in this field.
