Immediate openings are available for caregivers to fill a variety of shifts! (No prior experience necessary)
$400 Sign-On Bonus
Starting pay: $15+ for weekdays and $16.50+ for weekends

Home Instead is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team and support our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults across Butler and Warren Counties. We provide a range of non-medical services that enable seniors to remain in their homes while facing the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and preparing meals
  • Offering medication reminders and assisting with appointment scheduling
  • Supporting grooming and bathing needs
  • Assisting with toileting and incontinence management
  • Providing care for individuals with Alzheimer’s
  • Demonstrating respect and dignity towards seniors and their property
  • Communicating effectively and amiably with clients

To be considered for a caregiver position, all applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Automobile insurance coverage
  • Clean background check and drug screening

All shifts available: Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Overnights, and Weekends.
We offer flexible scheduling options for both full-time and part-time positions.
No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided by Home Instead.
