Delaware North Travel is seeking both full-time and part-time Servers to join our team at Detroit Airport in Detroit, Michigan. Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

• Warmly greet and attend to guests’ needs, offering menus, clearly communicating restaurant specials, addressing menu inquiries, and collecting food and beverage orders
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly while adhering to all applicable service policies and procedures
• Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale system, process payments, and prepare/check bills for guests
• Collaborate effectively with other servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned, ensuring that all equipment and workspaces are clean, organized, sanitized, and functioning optimally

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience in cash handling and credit card processing
• Preferably possess at least one year of experience as a server in a high-volume setting and familiarity with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:

• Lift up to 35 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods, which may include navigating stairs
• Exhibit visual acuity and auditory ability sufficient for taking orders and preparing checks

Shift Details

• Day and evening shifts available
• Monday through Friday
• Holidays and weekends
• 8-hour shifts
