Responsibilities and Authority

Maintenance Electrician Technicians are entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Undertaking diverse electrical tasks at both the Float and OE Fabrication facilities.
  • Accepting production assignments as needed to support business operations.
  • Identifying, documenting, and communicating any issues related to products or processes.
  • Adhering to all federal, state, and local guidelines concerning the handling and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.
  • Complying with corporate policies, procedures, and contractual agreements.
  • Upholding professional conduct in all business interactions.
  • Complying with Quality, Environmental, and Safety policies.
  • Utilizing authority to initiate, recommend, or propose solutions to identified problems through the appropriate channels.
  • Calibrating and verifying the functionality of instruments.

  • Performing routine maintenance on production equipment, as well as executing repairs when necessary.
  • Wiring machinery and electrical panels in accordance with blueprints and schematics.

You will also be responsible for all auditing processes, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
