Primary Responsibilities:
– Deliver swim instruction in alignment with the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
– Enforce safety regulations and protocols to avert accidents.
– Assess students’ progress and complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
– Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students’ swimming skills and activities.
– Serve as a Goldfish Swim School “ambassador” to promote parental satisfaction.
– Employ problem-solving and creative thinking to overcome challenges faced by students.
– Inspect pool areas before and after classes for maintenance needs, cleanliness, or damages, and promptly report concerns to management.
– Maintain proper storage of pool equipment, including handling lane lines.
– Document and report accidents and incidents as required.
– Perform light cleaning tasks, such as window washing, deck mopping, and trash removal as needed.
– Attend mandatory workshops and training sessions outside of regular work hours.
