Job Title: PATIENT SERVER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Wyoming, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Patient Server” position in Wyoming, MI, is generally on the lower side compared to industry standards. According to recent data, similar roles, particularly in healthcare settings or food service within medical facilities, often pay between $15 to $20 per hour, with some positions in specialized facilities offering even higher rates. Factors such as experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the role can affect pay. Additionally, considering cost of living in Wyoming, MI, while $15 may meet basic living standards, it may not be considered competitive for attracting skilled candidates or providing adequate compensation for the responsibilities typically associated with patient service roles. Overall, this rate may struggle to attract or retain employees in a competitive job market.
